    I actually flipped over to maintenance clories since I'm having some less than pleasant side effects from giving blood...so probably another week, possibly two at this level depending on how I feel...I definitely won't lose the whole 10 lbs but I do want to keep tracking.

    This week went a lot better and I’m basically back on track. Less wine and less snacking is my win for the week!

    So, a big drop this week but can’t take all the credit as I’m recovering from a nasty stomach bug. 🤢 I am expecting the scale may actually go up next week!

    This time it doesn't make sense even more, I did not go over my calories at all this past week! Going to try my best to believe in the process and not let this deter me. I hate how much the scale can affect my mood for the day :(

    EDIT: So I thought about it and the only recent difference has been my IUD insertion and apparently this can cause water retention so I'm just going to blame it. Hopefully I can drop the water weight soon.
