I am doing workout box.com It is pretty good so far. I needed something I could do at home. This has a home program and a gym program. It also mixes things up a little. I like it so far.

I get a lot of clean eating magazine. I also follow quite a few real food and gardening blogs. The good thing is that my husband and my kids have been really open to eating clean. Most of my extended family also eats fairly clean.

I have a concept 2. They have a great website with lots of information and support. They also have some great workouts to try. I love the rowing machine because it is such a low impact workout.

I would love to join! I just started officially eating this way today. I have been researching for the last couple of months and slowly upping my calories. What better time to start than the beginning of the New Year. I am a bit nervous as well and could use the support.

I am not an expert but I have always had problems with my knees. Sometimes it was even painful to up and down stairs. Doing squats properly have really helped. Since I started doing squats my knees have gotten a lot better to the point that I may even consider starting to run.

Depending on where you are located you might be able to find a local farmer. We buy our beef from a local guy by the side. Packaged and delivered it comes out to around $6 a pound for everything including prime rib. It takes a little planning but is worth the it. For chicken I buy the whole chickens at Costco. I forget…
