  • me too i need to lose extra fat , esp those love handles theyre the worst . im eating alot healthier, going to the gym on the tredmil/elliptical and doing ab workouts on comcast on demand . im wondering if theres really anything else i can do to help . good luck
  • Try hitting the gym more often it will curve your appetite . It sucks at first but it gets so much easier and you'll did yourself loving it . Plus you'll be able to eat comfortably once you start burning all those calories .
  • we all know the feeling . just get out of the house . when i get those cravings i push myself to go to the gym . sometimes just going for a drive in the car or talking on the phone to a friend/family member makes me feel better. hope this helps
