Bottom line is your getting your exercise in, I dont think it really matter's too much if you break it up through the day, though I would try and do the couple of set's of squats at the same time eg. 3 x 10 squat, 1min rest between. Google goblet squats, much easier in my opinion when squatting with dumbells/kettlebells.…

Learn the lift's first, they are complex moves and good form is a must. As mention most gyms will kick you for dropping weight etc. just check with them before hand.

Not really just cardio but I do 30 minutes of sprint, burpee and farmers walk intervals on non lifting days. Is is needed? probably not but i do a fair bit of sitting at work so...

stick with it mate it's not an easy task for anyone but it does get easier. You have already taken step's to cut down on the soda, now take a few more step's and cut out the snacking or find a better alternative snack. Everyone goes off track, make sure you start back tomorrow.
