Aaaaand back... again,
Long time away tho not much has changed. Work and family life got pretty hectic and got a little off track, don't know where the last 12 month's went lol.
I am 29 and i'm from Grafton, NSW, Australia. I am married and have a 3yo daughter, I work full time in construction and work away from home from time to time. I love the outdoors - fishing, hunting, camping, mountain biking. I want to get fitter and stronger to help me through daily life, looking good will be a bonus.
I have raced motorcycle for some year's now but gave that up last season as I cannot afford any more broken bones. This year I decided to take up hockey and surprise surprise game 4 I took a fast ball to the foot and broke 2 toe's - haha so mush for noo more broken bones
So I am starting fresh again, this time I purchased a power rack along with a few other bits and pieces and have setup my home gym, my wife has started strength training with me and we will be making sure both of us stay on track. I will be keeping up with hockey also.
Goal at the moment is to gain strengh again and body recomposition. Starting with a compound based workout that has worked for me previously and keeping the diet to meats, poultry, veggie's and some fruit's/nut's -
Workout consists of -
Squat 3 x 10
Bench press 3 x 8
Bent row 3 x 8
Military press 3 x 8
SLDL 3 x 8
BB curl 3 x 8
3 times per week.
Thanks for reading, wilso
