Yes I recently went to a restaurant and asked if they had anything vegan and she said "yes", so I was rather excited. She said she has a lovely piece of Cod......oh lovely :(.........

Yes sorry I meant it as two different things. 1) not sure what to set macros as and 2) what plan to follow really. I know they show the different macros at top depending on which plan but wasn't sure which to follow. If that makes sense lol?? Thanks for your reply.

Thank you very much. I was thinking the low carb simply because of the sugar and the fat. as some fats are healthy if I'm right in thinking that way. Hard to know which path to follow.

Thanks for your post. I just followed you on Instagram. I could do with some ideas. Just recently went pescetarian which is going well. I also don't drink milk, have lacto free. Just could do with some meal ideas. So thanks for that. I bet it's hard going vegan??

I just find on weight watchers I don't eat very healthy foods. I give it up after I started this post. Just feel like MFP breaks it down and you know exactly what you're eating.

I only asked as a few people have told me you should change after a few weeks. I'm really enjoying it and happy with the programme and don't want to change. That's why I asked.

Thanks for all your replies. Yeah it's hip flexor they said I have an issues with and muscles being tight.
