Premium members? Low carb? Heart healthy? Resetting macros?
Is anyone a premium ember on here and if so have you chosen low carb or heart healthy. I want to loose a few stone so I was thinking to maybe follow low carb perhaps. Lastly is there a way of resetting macros as I'm not sure what to set my macro goals as?? Thanks for any help

Working nights
Are there any people on here that really struggle with weight loss whilst working nights. I work permanent nights and people always bring unhealthy snacks in etc and I always cave in. I want to eat bread and everything bad. Any tips?? Find it so hard. Thanks x

Garmin band with heart rate monitor help :)
does anyone know how to stop the garmin band from syncing straight away to myfitness pal because it syncs saying burnt so many cals doing aerobic exercise but I want to change it to my own name then sync. Is this possible??

Lower back injury help
Just curious if any of you have strained your SI joint and llio lumbar ligament. I read that if not properly rehabilitated then there is a high chance it can lead to chronic back pain so I'm petrified now. Just wondering how to ease back into exercise safely. Any help would be great thank you.
