I'll be starting the programme big but boring programme sun. Going to the gym 5 times a week. I have a job where I'm on my free all night (work in A&E).
I'm 172lbs, 5ft7. Typed in my details on scooby doo, it says my TDEE is 2242cals. Is this what I'm meant to eat daily? As it seems like a lot of calories. I just want to make sure I'm doing this right and eating the right foods. As they say nutrition is the most important part.
Thanks for any help

Your TDEE would be what you need to eat to maintain your current weight. I don't know what your goals are, but if you're trying to lose then you'd eat 10-20% less than that.0
