Weight training and quorn

Hi all :)

I'm new to weight training. Just wondering is quorn any good to eat whilst weight training?

    I believe most quorn products are high in salt so I'm going to say no not particularly good however I'm sure someone will come along and correct me :)

    Lol My BF is vegetarian and practically lives off the stuff, he says if its good for Mo Farrah... LOL would like to know if the salt bit is true though?

    Don't eat Quorn while weight training. Eat Quorn sometime before or after :)

    Protein is especially important if you strength train to aid in muscle repair and development. Quorn is a good lean protein source, if you like it, then eat it.

    Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't mo a runner? .... different athletes have different diets , the op mentioned weight training .
