Do any of you lift weights at home and if so do you follow a certain programme?

I did last year and starting again this week, i done the 5x5 program.
Its very good for strength and building muscle!
Theres an app you can download for it aswell to keep you on track called Stronglifts 5x5 Workout.
    Highly recommend it.

Yeah I started doing that programme before but I don't have an Olympic bar at home?

I lift weights at home, and I follow the programs my husband makes me :P I also followed the 5x5 program and ChiChi Fitness' kettlebell videos on Youtube. Saving up for a squat rack now so we won't need to go to the gym for leg day.

I just got a great book: Strong Women Stay Young, by Miriam E. Nelson. A doable program for at home strength training.

I've been wondering this myself. How to get the most bang for your buck?
