Hey 
Starting a programme in the gym to loose body fat. Need some help with different meals to keep at my macro goals please. I am lactose intolerant but can eat lactose free foods. Need help with a full day if possible please???

I've set it now to 1800'cals, as it said TDEE 2200, and I want to loose weight and gain muscle. 40 protein, 20 fat, 40 carbs.0

You can't really lose weight and gain muscle at the same time - unless you do recomp which is pretty slow.
As for hitting your macros, try pre logging your day.0 -
I eat oatmeal with almond milk for breakfast with berries and honey to sweeten
Snacks raw veggies with hummus, ff popcorn, fiber one bars
Lunch lettuce with a lean cuisine or smart ones or with chicken if I have time to cook and Greek yogurt with granola I have to use a lactaid but worth it. I like bear naked fit vanilla almond
Snack
Dinner baked fish steamed veggies and sf jello for dessert with ff cool whip0 -
Oh ok. So am I just going to gain muscle as I told them in gym I wanted to lose weight first.
