Started Pilates last night and loved it. Just curious do any of you do Pilates? And was you very flexible when you first started and do it improve??

Also you got any videos or online articles I could look at to practice at home as my flexibility is not good at the moment. For example even when stretching I can't bend over and touch the floor.

I do Pilates sometimes, you'll find you'll become more flexible as your core strengthens and your balance improves.

There are great youtube Pilates workouts - try Cassey Ho or Jessica Smith.

Blogilates on Youtube. Click on the playlists when your on the site and it gives you the workout videos for the day. I've been doing them since February and lost 18 pounds and too many inches to count. Love it! Just body weight exercises and lots of toning and core moves. Cassie Ho, she's awesome!

I've been doing Pilates as part of my weight lifting routine for about 3 years. In the beginning it was tough to do the more basic positions. Now, I find I can do those pretty well, and am working on really getting some of the more challenging ones. It does get better!

That's exactly why I started doing Pilates. Thanks
