We just came back from the south of France , My god they love to eat!!!! I know it's easier said than done , but being positive is so important! 30 day shred ( jillian michaels) p90x ( boyfriend loves it and results already in 11 days. wii fit if you have it biggest loser dvds :) these are what i do generally hope it helps i think best thing is to check them out on you tube plus reviews and results and pick whichever you feel suits you most thats what i did .

just a sugestion but....... could we take measurements and weigh in perhaps on the start of the first day of shredding as i think it would be interesting to see how it affects our body shapes?? so when is everyone starting, should we all start the same day and we can keep a daily log and just generaly moan about the aches…
