How about a fruit and wheat whey smoothie? The whey gives one protein with low calories and the fruit give you complex carbs. Plus you can carry it and sip it as you drive/commute to work.

If I don't do it first thing in the morning, I most likely will skip that day. I'm up at 5:45 AM and stationary bike in front of the TV for forty minutes. It feels great after I'm done.

I love wheat Whey....it's low in calories, tastes great in a smoothie and is glutton free. You can find it at Publix in the diet supplements (i.e. Adkins stuff).
