Today is the day I start on the 50Bob Trifecta Challenge. In October, I will turn 50. Before that, I will complete the following: Run/walk 5k/50 min. ** Swim 500 yds /12 min. ** Bike 50k. I also will be under 350. 5 months to go............who else out there is doing any challenges for themselves????

SW 400 CW 395 GW 380(new) Did good today by going to gym, but Sweet Juno went to a buffet and behaved BADLY. Tis ok though, back to it tomorrow.
