Friday I swam 600 yards nonstop! Havent done that since my high school swimming days! Worked out today(sat) which means that I have worked out 5 out of 7 days this week. Have NEVER done that.....hoo hoo HERE WE GO!!!!!!

Im starting a a wog program soon(walking and jogging) and might have to use the treadmill at my local gim. QUESTION: at 398 pounds , do treadmills have a weight limit ? and if so, anyone know what it is? Anyone here ever run on a treadmill? Any advice please..........

Treadmills
Im currently 398 and am starting a running program soon. I plan on running as much as possible outside, but with winter coming there will be days when I have to use a treadmill to keep on track. QUESTION, anyone know if there is a weight limit on treadmills? I dont want to run on the stupid thing and have it break. Thanks
