I have one fore breakfast and one for lunch.....get all my recipes from simplegreensmoothie.com as well as greenthickies.com...both are on fb as well. I add chia seeds to all of them no matter what the recipe calls for. Kale is also an excellent option

I am a very fair parent and ex often times very accommodating to him and the children's needs. we both prefer to stay out of the court system, we just can't communicate without it turning in to more of an argument. we do speak on an absolute need to basis. the problem is even after two years he harbors so much resentment…

she loves going, gets mad when I leave her home. I think even sitting there watching me and others she gets something out of it. I people watch at the gym and learn new exercises all the time. if she is sitting out and sees something she is interested in she will point out out to me

She does not just sit there the whole time but of my workout is getting to intense then she sits out for a few.....I feel it's a better waste of her tome than sitting in front of the tv

I did . spin class ONCE! All I can say is I had a baby six weeks before, and was less sore from giving birth than I was from an hour in spin!

I think the best part about taking them even if they can't keep up and get silly is that we are instilling healthy habits. Eventually they will get why we are all there. To live a healthy fit life
