  • I use a whey isolate, vanilla flavor. I have the powder and will even use it as a meal replacement if I blend it up with Almond milk unsweetened and frozen strawberries. Keeps me full for hours. The powder is about 140 calories a scoop. And it is low in carbs. Margaret
  • I bought a Hamilton Beach blender that has a pour spout on the bottom of the container. It is great for my shakes, no messy pouring. Just tip the spout. The whole thing comes apart for cleaning. And, it was $20.

  • Maybe a good heart rate monitor that tells you what you are burning. It is not equipment but it gives you an advantage. You can do any exercise walking, running, push ups, crunches, etc. - all at no cost, and know what you are burning. I personally would like one from Santa this year, so that is my preference.
