I believe this is the script you're looking for. Enjoy! http://cavemanketo.com/configuring-mfp/

I came across a post here on MFP the other day that linked to an article that talked about this topic. I then posted it over to some folks on reddit. Here is the link to that now: http://www.reddit.com/r/keto/comments/136g1t/science_article_approaches_theory_that_not_all/ This is the TL;DR (or don't want to click over to…

I weigh in every morning and night but only update when I drop weight on here. I keep spreadsheets at home though.

I'll offer up the same. Been doing keto for about a month now (after some time on the Dukan Diet, low carb high protein). Pleasurable results so far! Feel free to add and there's also a great community on reddit.com/r/keto as well.

I think it's the 2nd of the Hobbit trilogy. It at least fits with the storyline that I can remember... having not read the Hobbit in about a decade.

There are rumors of a second The Hobbit movie... "The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug" (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1170358/)
-
In before... "The Hobbit" =P Although I guess that's still a 2012 film technically. ;)

Well... Somewhat here as well. I'm a biomedical engineer with graduate work in physiology and neuroscience. Currently I'm working as a developer using C# and WPF with a little bit of matlab and python; for a defense contractor. If you're really interested in security, it's going to be an up and coming area of great…

In reality consider it in relation to your total daily caloric intake. I target roughly 5% of my calories to be from carb sources and that turns out to be just above 20g per day. On average you can expect the body to get 4 calories per gram of carb or protein and a whopping 9 calories per gram of fat. Alcohol also sports…

IMHO, it comes down to portions. Not one specific group of foods; be it protein/carb/fats. That being said... I am following a path of nutritional ketosis and the ingestion of carbs knocks down the levels of beta-hydroxy buterate (BHOB) due to the increased levels of insulin that result from the carbs being eaten. Hence I…

If you like the idea of seeing rapid results but also having a plan that will be able to stand the test of time and become a new lifestyle for you; consider looking into nutritional ketosis. I agree with the general tone of the rest of the posters here too. A diet is really just like learning to ride a bike. At first you…

I weigh myself in the morning right away and also right before I go to bed. I also record my blood pressure at these times as well. I use the morning weight to track the changes since that's going to be when I'm the most dehydrated and I can avoid much of the fluxuation that you would get with water weight.

I meet my micros by taking many of them in supplement form.

Similar to stranggir5, I dropped the carbs and coincidentally I dropped a little over 10kgs in the span of a month.

I stop at least 2 hours before my anticipated bed time.
