  • 6 inches is great. That should be motivation enough right there... A good reason for losing 6 inches and only e few pounds is that you are putting on fat burning muscle. One other thing could be your not eating enough calories. What is your daily allowance?
  • I would carry around a small sports jug with a spout and take very small sips all the time. that way it's not like your even swallowing anything. Also take small sips in between every bite of food when eating. After a while you'll probably get used to drinking more and it will get easier. My recommendation anyways...

  • Hey Courtney, I understand what you are saying by calories in= calories out and that 3000 calories of carrots is still 3000 calories. But what I am asking is if One's calorie deficit could be higher without going into starvation mode if only consuming high nutrient foods.
