I agree with the posts above. Just don't do it every day. I do find that the more carbs I eat, the hungrier I am like the above poster said. Also, fresh fruits and veggies will make you regular (if you know what I mean) and protein helps me stay full. That being said, enjoy a day of chocolate and ice cream. :)

I understand what you are feeling, but it's not like by telling them what you are doing you are giving them a magic pill that will automatically transform them overnight. Share your success, tell them about this site, and be an inspiration. It will be up to them to do the work for themselves.

I tried it about 20 years ago. I thought it was delicious, but like the other posters said the weight you lose will quickly come back.
