My new favorite is Oikos greek nonfat yogurt (vanilla or black cherry) + Banana. Only @200 calories and completely satisfying!

Hi. I have used several different online calculators to determine my TDEE and BMR and each one gives me different results when I put in the same information (same activity level, weight, etc.) Can you recommend one that you think would be the most accurate? Thanks.

I was not sure where to post this, but I currently take a multi vitamin and a calcium supplement that has vitamin D in it.
