Hi. I have used several different online calculators to determine my TDEE and BMR and each one gives me different results when I put in the same information (same activity level, weight, etc.) Can you recommend one that you think would be the most accurate? Thanks.

If body fat percentage is known, Katch-McArdle is best for BMR. Then use the Harris-Benedict equation using the number you got from the first formula to *kitten* TDEE based on your activity level.0
