Actually everyone should be drinking 8 cups of water a day. I am 5 foot four I was 171 pounds I am 151 pounds now and I drink between five to sometimes 8 to 10 bottles of water a day. I do eat my breakfast I have a small lunch and small dinner and in between meals I also drink water before and after.

When I workout with Leslie Sansone. It’s depends on the workout I ad it as a cardio and how many minutes and if she is doing straight as well I add an extra 5 / 10 minutes to it

Start out slow by walking anout half an hour to an hour, Built up to it then fast power walk about in 2 weeks . Then really walk fast as you can keep that up for an hour , by the end of the month you should be walking so fast that you are jogging . 👍😃

I been doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred I start level 3 tomorrow and I started her 6 week six pack last week level 1 and I threw in Leslie Sanson for extra cardio or Gilda’s Core Challenge with the medicine.

Jog or power walk outside , get the fresh air, I love cardio workouts. I'm always switching up I even do DVDs with Gilad and Leslie Sansone in the summer I do all my cardio's outside
