this used to happen to me all of the time when i worked out. for some strange reason the correlation between the pain and exercising was because i didnt have enough water. next time this happens, drink lots of water to see if it subsides. always, always worked for me.

if you look under the exercise tab, youll notice that mfp adds BMF's calorie adjustment with the cals you burned. im wondering if we should delete that everytime it pops up?

yep. mines all off too. i have a 1200 cal/day goal, and now its saying i have a 2110 cal/day goal. just linked the apps. weird. also it doesnt seem to sync the weight? hmm

when you exercise, it adds calories for you to eat to even it out. wait, it added 500+ cals and you didnt exercise 500+ cals? hmmm actually that sounds strange.

i started ww. im using weight watchers to retrain my brain on nutrition and mfp for everything else! so much more support here and food logging at mfp. but i do have to say its been so long since ive eaten a healthy meal, i dont know what im doing. so loving ww for that.

my dog too had skin problems and patchiness. flakes everywhere. i then switched her to Royal Canin. i cannot tell you how much of a difference it made. her hair is now beautiful and no patchiness anywhere!
