I know it's normal I've had this happen when I just started working out, but I usually don't get it even when I do super intense workouts...now that I haven't worked out for a week, I get it doing something that isn't even that hard (before). Does 1 week off really make you that weak O_O

Is 2000 calories max a day good? I don't count calories anymore. I eat super clean anyway. Maybe if I ate at a restaurant everyday I'd be counting my calories.

I eat a very clean Vietnamese diet. all natural, nutrient-rich, with maybe some unhealthy snacks once in a while...I eat 1500-1800 cals a day.. I know I eat a lot of carbs but it's hard to avoid since I'm asian, and i dont think asians in general are not considered "fat."

26.5 inch waist, 50 cm thighs, 32 cm calf, 21.5 cm ankles...they are not toned looking :/ I also want to lift up my butt, too..

There's nothing else in my house but rice and some side dishes. Lol. and some oatmeal that I bought so I don't have to eat rice 3 times a day.

omg all of the things that I love you mentioned! Lol I eat a banana everyday I'm addicted. I'm asian so I eat rice!! Everyday allll day. I also love sweet potatoes because they help me go to the restroom. Tofu is good :( I thought these were healthy foods..

ah, but it's not that easy when I'm asian... I don't think it's that. Most asians eat rice 3 times a day and still stay slim and fit. I can't leave me rice nooOOOOOoOoo :(

I am not trying to lose weight, I am actually trying to gain muscle and lose the fat..I'm sad because the before and afters on here for Ripped in 30 are so amazing!! But it's different for me ='( Also, I don't have money for the gym!! I just have a treadmill, an elliptical, and 3 lb + 5 lb weights..
