On Week 4 Day 2 of Ripped in 30 and still no results?

Okay so I just finished Day 2 of Ripped in 30. I am soaked~ But when I look in the mirror I haven't changed at all. Should I do it 2 times.....? Why am not getting results?! I eat 1200-1500 cals a day

Be proud that you got so far!!! I only made it to week two and am thinking about starting it yet once more. Did you measure yourself? How does the activity level compare to what you were doing before the RI30? Maybe this is just not the workoout for you.0
