If you use the Varidesk app, it will tell you how many standing calories you are burning each day. We have several in my workplace. My standup workstation is a bit different as I had it before we discovered Varidesk, but I still use the app. I was wondering about entering them as calories burned as well.

Seafood of ANY - and I do mean ANY - kind! Peas Mushrooms Tomatoes Kale - just plain nasty in any form I've ever tried it And, I don't particularly like the texture of things like yogurt, oatmeal, pudding. I can eat them modified with something of texture.

I've got a friend who calls it "releasing weight" or "weight release" for that very reason!

Love it! Carrots, peppers, pita chips, almond crackers. Pretty much anything you'd dip in anything! :)

I use soy or almond milk (unsweetened) without a protein powder. Or, coconut water or plain water with a protein powder. I can use a vanilla protein with veggie and the taste doesn't bother me like it does with the chocolate.

I considered this, but this one doesn't work with a chest strap. I thought that to be more accurate, one should get one that uses a chest strap?

Mine dropped automatically when I hit a certain number of pounds. It did give me the option to 'ask again in another 10 pounds'. I changed the goal back because I am not able to handle that drop yet but I will accept the suggestion next time. :)

This happens to me all the time. It started when my laces were too tight. However, after buying laces that do not need to be tied and leaving them as loose as possible, I find that it still happens because of the way my toes hit the ground. It seems that bottom of my second toe hits the ground before any of my other toes.…
