 This cracks me up - the concept is brilliant - but I'm uncoordinated and am terrible at multi-tasking...

Now if I could just figure out a way to sleep in and use the treadmill at the same time...
Edited to add: No disrespect to Coach Jenny intended. I am currently doing a Gateway to 8K interval training program that she designed.

If I had a treadmill, though, I would have to admit that I'd probably do this. I'm always on my laptop, so why not?
This also reminds me of those folks who sit on an exercise ball instead of a chair when at their work desk. Here's an article that tells of the benefits of that practice... http://www.gearfire.net/10-reasons-to-use-an-exercise-ball-as-your-chair/0 -
I know someone who has a treadmill desk (it's just the treadmill part without the bars that you hold onto or the part with the controls) and she loves it. It is made to go fairly slowly so it's not that had to use it.0

OMG I LOVE it!!! I have a little peddler that I use under my desk right now, but it would sure be nice to be able to change it up!!!!0

I would like my employer to get me one of these. You only walk about 1 to 2 mph so that you can still use the computer, etc, but the idea is that when you do that working up to a few hours time total throughout the day that it is much healthier. The one that I want is a large desk with the treadmill on one side and the desk rises and lowers so that you can sit at it as well and then raise it up when you want to walk.0
