Protein shakes and fruit/veg juices throughout the day if you dont want to eat more than one meal.

Yes, they are wrestling shoes. Nice eye! I just can't convince myself to buy squat shoes for something I may end up not using. I've tried with 2.5lb plates and 5lb plates under the heel to simulate, but it just felt off. Thanks for the tip though, maybe when I feel strong enough to compete, I'll get some.

Thanks for the input! (: It's something I've really been trying to work on. What felt parallel before was barely a half squat. Too eager to throw more weight on, I guess. I'm about as flexable as TinMan. haha. Thanks again :)

Most likely form and strength issue. Height doesnt play a large roll. Check out 6'9 hafthor bjornson deadlifts. Conventional puller

A lot of people on here "bank" calories. (not me. I smash everything in sight.) Eat a little less each day 50-100 cals or so for 5 or 6 days prior, then smash a nice restaurant meal with little guilt. Just a quick tip. Honestly, if it's a rare occasion it probably isn't going to impact you in the grand scheme. Enjoy life!

Sounds good man. PERSONALLY, I wouldn't. I've cut before and strength goes down. For me my ultimate goal is strength, so when the lifts drop I get really unmotivated. Honestly, you won't know what you like until you try it. If you are personally happy with your bodyfat then give er man. Don't go by somebody elses goals if…

Eat at maintenance calories. I'm 300lbs. Last 5 months my weight hasnt changed much but my squat went from 335 to 375. Dead from 455 to 495. Bench from 340 to 375. Ohp 245 to 265. Gains are slowing a lot now so im going to bulk to about 320 and do the same. Obviously I dont care about being lean. To each their own. Hope it…

Yep. Definitely possible. 3500 cals in a pound. Say you maintain at 2000 for generosity purposes. If you eat 0 for 10 days and burn an extra 1500 for each of those ten days. Done. Pretty realistic

Help! How do I declare bankruptcy, and start over?
-
Strength. Strongman/powerlifting. Even if its's aesthetics you desire, people still ask about your max lifts... Might as well make them astronomical in the process
-
1320 total raw. Plus 275 max overhead. Not the greatest... Yet... Strongman focused. Add me!
-
Right here. Wont get many ideas though I'm pretty plain

Did you ask him what he was doing? Maybe you ran over a pokemon

SonyaCele knows. Quick tip, put your body up further. I like to line up the bar at about my neck for unracking/ reracking. You are putting a lot of stress on your shoulders. That space above your head is there for a reason. Might not be an issue now. With heavy weight it will be

I switched from bodybuilding/powerlifting to strongman about 9 months ago. I enjoy it so much more. Tip number 1... Eat, eat, eat. (canada)
-
Seems like all of them... 4500 to maintain
-
Check my diary... Or GOMAD!
-
Are you eating enough? More muscle requires more energy. If youve been working out for months youve probably put on a few lbs of muscle. Maybe try upping the calories a bit.
-
Still a stimulant vs carbs and water...
-
DO YOU EVEN LIFT? Seriously
-
Caffeine pill gets me through. 10 cents a pop. I used to take NOXPLODE or something like that. Was not worth the money. I like the tingly feeling so i buy raw beta alanine and toss a scoop in for heavy lifting days
-
Tren. Or just eat properly
-
Dumbbells if you can. Power rack is good too. Dont be afraid to ask for a spot any random person walking by. I never had somebody say no. And if they do so what.
-
Why do you care what other people do?

1150lbs total = intermediate in my books

Most programs are effective, the key is to keep at it whichever you choose
