As a former hairstylist I would recommend skipping the shampoo as much as possible, but if the water water is too hot you could be fading your color faster as well. If you love hot showers save your hair for last- turn water to luke warm- rinse well - use a conditioner for colored hair.

What they said. Your hunger could be emotional, boredom, or even hormonal or many other things ?? I have days that my hunger is just there all day long - I try to keep myself busy , drink more water, and up my protein. I like the ready to drink shakes from EAS carb control no sugar and 17g of protein - rich dark choc is my fav , tastes like choc pudding. 110 cals Some of the other flavors are really good blended w/ a frozen banana.

sorry I forgot =( so I gave my 7 yr. old daughter a challenge to see who could do more. Well she kicked my booty - I didn't remember them being so hard . I got to 50 she made it to 87 then a few min. later finished to 100..

I have been enjoying low sugar apple cinn instant oatmeal with a chopped cooked apple( cooked in microwave) with cinn on the apple. It's like a sweet teat but filling. i eat it often for lunch at work.

I have been excited to see changes in the way my clothes fit but with all the personal stuff going on right now . I basically spent Fri,Sat,and Sun on the couch with no energy and feeling down. Then feeling worse that I did no cleaning or exercising.

If I remember right , just a glass of water or coffee with in a half hour of waking is enough to get your metabolism going. Then you can wait till 10 or so to eat. I like to have a protein shake ( EAS carb control - rich dark chocolate is my fav- tastes like choc pudding)
