All this shows is that rats went to actual food sources as opposed to drugs. That's it.
-
Tacos, of course.
-
oops.

I prefer conventional, although my back prefers sumo. Chalk for anything over 315 - unless I'm doing high-rep sets (6+, for instance), in which case I might break out straps. Double overhand until about 365 (maybe less, depending on the day), then either mixed or hook grip.
-
Of course!

-
Well, that - and likely the idea that his wife eats a near-completely carnivorous diet, likely with some added oils.
-
As usual, you are completely and utterly wrong - as evidenced by just about everyone here that loses/gains at a predictable rate based on real-world results.

This is a very common gym indicator that one wants to be left alone. IOW: You are the unapproachable one. If you want some interaction, leave your headphones at home.
-
Hard to say, for a couple of reasons: 1) we're not there to observe whatever behavior you see - or think you're seeing. 2) you haven't told us why you think these things about them. Why/how do they seem unapproachable, cocky, or whatever?

As an EE, I find it laughable that someone that claims to know so much about thermodynamics doesn't understand a basic energy equation principle.
-
In addition to using a power cage for benching, you could see if your gym has adjustable stands like below. There are a few different types, so they might not look exactly like these. With just the empty bar, you can figure out how high you need them for safety. Make a note of how they're set up, so you can just walk in…

That's because you don't know what you're talking about - thus continually use incorrect terminology.
-
Please stop derailing threads with your nonsense.
-
Works for me.

Change bourbon to rum and the choice is clear.
-
I'm here for you, man.
-
Of course you can. Especially if - as you keep mentioning - that burger is half your Calories. I just threw together a daily meal plan that includes 10 servings of vegetables, 4 McDonald's burgers, some chicken breast, and some eggs for 2053 Cals. It has 141 g protein, 54 g fat, and 235 g carbs.
-
At this point, I don't know if you're outright lying or simply can't remember all of the ludicrous things you've said in this thread.
-
Translation: I have no idea what I'm talking about. As such, I have no hope of proving any of my nonsensical proclamations. Please don't ask me for proof, or I might have to go and post a bunch of links again that don't support my pet theory in any way, shape, or form.

I read this in Spock's voice: The context of the whole is greater than the minutia of the one.
-
Yeah - after the pic got changed, I thought, "oh, yeah, isn't this the guy who doesn't know how to read a nutrition label and thinks all carbs are sugars?"
-
You realize this would include you, right? Since you're not OP, perhaps her comments were helpful. Oh, and Mark Sisson is someone that should generally be ignored.
-
You may want to reread what I posted. But, basically, by the actual definition of fitness.
-
I find it somewhat hilarious that you keep referring to diet (specifically the types of foods) and fitness. Fitness has jack to do with what, exactly, you eat. Rather, it's how much you eat and your physical capabilities.

I just entered that into my food diary. 301 Cals. Eat that 3 times a day and I'm at 903 Cals. Eating that, I'll die well before I do eating 2 hamburgers and an Oreo - which, using McDonald's hamburgers - is 555 Cals, for 1665 Cals in a day, if one were to eat that for 3 meals. Of course, I wouldn't just eat that one thing…
-
Good to know you know nothing about engines, fuel, and efficiency, either.
-
The Navy calc puts me at 13.8% BF. I'm around 20%. So, that's not a particularly good one to go by. Even "good quality BIA devices" are affected by various factors, so those aren't particularly good, either.

Hi! Engineer here! Using exclamations, since you seem to like them so much! I'm quite familiar with Sir Isaac Newton's work! Of course, Newton's work didn't revolve around thermodynamics and energy conservation! He was primarily - although not only - involved in the study of forces and motion! In fact, the laws of physics…
