Congrats on the results! You are definitely brave to post these pics and you are looking really great! I have to get rid of another 25kg. Though I find my health more important than some loose skin I have to admit I was a bit concerned with the loose skin-thingie. Your post showed me I don't have to be. Thanks again!

If you don't have a scale then just count spoons. Divide the stuff in portions using a spoon. Not completely accurate but it is better then not having an idea of what you are eating.

The room I finally cleaned up yesterday! And again when the scale showed a loss of another 300 gr. of bodyweight this morning.

I'm not actually sure if this is going to be of any help but would it be possible to divide your meals in parts so you can eat more times during the day? That way you can keep your energylevels up.

Hi, i would like to suggest this book: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Italian-Diet-Gino-DAcampo/dp/1856269116 It has some very nice and quick recipes in it and is focused on losing weight.
