For me it was spot on. I started at 252lbs and a 1500 calorie a day diet. When I got closer to my goal it got as low as 1300 a day. It worked very very well for me but I never looked at my TDEE either. Now that I am at my goal, for me to maintain it tells me I need 2220 a day and I never even get close.

Get over it. Sorry, not really trying to come off as an *kitten*, but seriously? Maybe you look nice and friendly and he just wanted a friendly face to be near. I mean, unless he is trying to mount you or your machine while you are on it, get over it.

Apologies, multitasking sucks for me. The question was supposed to be "What healthy drinks are out there?" Must juices I see are 100+ calories and contain very little actual fruit juice. OJ wasnt bad but the 140 a glass was a bit much. I have tried the water additives but have never really cared for the taste.

I have been drinking the Boost premixed shakes. 1 per day for breakfast, on occasion 1 in the evening as a snack. Not sure how good it is for me. I looked them up before I bought them, most seemed to think they were good. My only concern is the sugar. 23g per serving. Takes about 1/2 of my allocation for the day.
