Maintaining is turning out to be harder then losing
Last year about this time I was 252lbs. A few weeks ago I hit my goal of 185, yay me. Since then it has been a battle to maintain. Currently I am sitting at 179lbs. I did it!
With a lot of help from the site and you guys I am happy to say that my goal has been reached. I started in Nov 2012 at 252lbs. As of this morning I am at 185. 5 lbs to go!
I am currently 5lbs from my goal weight and have questions about the site. Does it help you maintain the weight you want or is it only for helping you lose? The food tracker has been a huge help for me and I want to keep using it.

I need some help!
I have been drinking water and tea. Thats it. I am getting a little water logged. I drink 6-8 16 oz bottles of water a day plus 4 8oz glasses of lightly sweetened tea a day. I tried OJ but the calories in it seemed a bit much. Any thoughts?
