I plan on eating small amounts of whatever I want to except bread/rolls. My main calories will be potatoes, macaroni, and dressing. If I portion control well, I believe I will be alright : ) Happy Thanksgiving to EVERYONE!

I began in March 2012 weighing app.238 (I haven't used this site the whole time) now its Nov. 2012 and I weigh 198. That's a 40 lb loss in 8 months and 13 total inches. I stopped drinking everything except water! Every once in a while when I fixed my husband tea or something; I would take a drink. I began eating better…

I would love to join you in this challenge. I feel I'm at a stand still with my progress.I have been doing a lot of walking but no gym time. Im not sure how to add friends on this site, but I think the encouragement and information exchange would be very beneficial.
