  • I always weigh mine-except, I almost exclusively use it for BPC pre-measured fat bombs so i make batches, freeze in ice cube trays. Those arent measured individually but I am the only one who eats (drinks) them so it'll all even out in the end. If, in the rare event I use it for something else, I guess.

  • I very little goes a LONG way...start tiny and work up. I guess if you add too much you could add more liquid if need be and blend. I've had to do that before. Sorry I cant give a more definitive answer. I use it infrequently and always guess.

  • Meh, dont even tell 'em. Cook and low carb protein and side and then add a starch (or not) for them. I cook a lot of chicken, pork, etc in low carb fashion (sugar free dry rubs are my go-to). Add in say broccoli or cauliflower or other low carb veggie, add butter, and then cook some starch side for them.

  • I do fat bombs (BPC coconut oil and butter, pre-made) and protein powder in my coffee every morning. Keeps me full until lunch. My favorite protein powder is Quest chocolate milkshake flavor. It makes my coffee thicker and rich. Two net carbs.

  • Also cole slaw dressing-not mine but i dont know where i got it. Great on burgers, chicken, shrimp, veggies, salads. 1 cup Duke's mayo 1/2 cup sour cream 1 tbs celery seed 1-2 Tbs ACV 10-20 drops EZ Sweets or other sweetener Mix. Refrigerate at least a cpl of hours.
