Chuck Eye Steak suggestions?
Trying to save money, i bought some chuck eye steaks. They sorta look like sirloin but not as tender. I marinated them as per a website suggestion to make them more tender. The flavor isnt bad. Has anyone ever had any luck with this cut?

My cousin just had a nasty run in with diabetes and my dad, his dad and my aunt have it as well-all adult onset. I bought a glucose meter just to keep an eye on things. My morning fasting BG has been the same-ish (pre-diabetic according to my Internet medical degree) or higher than my evening readings. Anyone have ideas…
