One thing I learned from experience with friends is, you are who you surround yourself with. Somehow when your with these friends you are feeling insecure. Find friends who appreciate you for you and that don't make you feel so insecure :)

Are we on here to argue or help? I'm trying to read advice for the poor girl and all I keep seeing are constant battles between everyone else. MFP should be a positive environment, if someone says something you don't like, simply ignore it. I just don't understand some people, how old are we?

Find other ways to add calories to your smoothies. And eat things with protein in them, even if its a greek yogurt, most are about 150 calories and have a decent amount of protein.

What about a half of a greek yogurt? I have the Oikos vanilla one everyday and they are about 130 for the whole 5.3 oz container.. but they have a great amount of protein.

Anything like that I try to avoid. When something is zero calories, and zero everything else it almost seems too good to be true. What are they putting in these products that make it taste so great but have NO nutritional value? I'd rather just have an iced tea or something for 50 calories and all the sugars and carbs it…

Just try to dance more, you'll burn the calories right off :) That's how I try to look at it.. and maybe just try one less drink each time, or drinks that have less calories
