2 days of binging!

These past two days I have been having crazy binges! I went 1,000 calories over my limit yesterday, and today around 600 calories over.

Any good tips on avoiding a binge?
And will this make me gain weight if I start eating normally from now on?

  • Just keep your eye on the prize, a healthier and more fit you!
    Don't let two days of binge eating knock you down. If you were binging on sweets, maybe keep a little sweet stash somewhere, and if you ate healthy the whole day, you are entitled to eat that sweet.
    For instance, I LOVE my chocolate. So if I eat healthy for the entire day and incorporate some fitness, I darn well earned that little piece of chocolate. The more you deprive yourself of something, especially something you know you love, the more you will crave it. So give it to yourself, just in small doses.

    Eat enough food the rest of the time. Deal with the problem you're trying to avoid.
