I was diagnosed with the flu and kept working out running. It took me 6 weeks to get over it but definitely had the flu. Looking back on it, it wasn't a great idea.

If you're sick rest. You will probably end up being worse off and missing a more time if you don't rest. Listen to your body.
-
You form a good relationship with the bathroom, and might be unpleasant to be around.
-
I've recently started trying to do cardio in the mornings and lifting in the evenings. Getting up is hard.
-
You are probably eating more than you burn. You don't look fat so I doubt you have a metabolism problem. Bad counting is my guess.
-
All of the big gym's only goals are to make money. To find one not in it only for the money you'd have to find a small local gym.
-
I would go with the lower of the two. Both of them are estimates but the treadmill is probably more accurate.

disconnect the fitbit from MFP. It will save you a lot of headache.
-
They have one walking a dog or something like that. That one might work.
-
I was pretty active and having a fitbit made me walk more and continue the same amount of exercise. The extra walking gave meplantar fasciitis which stopped me from running and other activities. The plantar fasciitis caused me to get ITB Syndrome as well which really stopped many activities. 9 months without tennis and…

Load up on butter, cheese and bacon. It tastes better and they don't have many carbs.
-
Yeah, I'm not hungry as much. The only downfall is that when I need to do a tremendous amount of activity sometimes I run out of energy. My stamina is pretty high but I notice the difference.
-
Hmmm I don't know if I'm too late to answer but I lost over 120 pounds doing low carb and was a huge advocated. Then I kind of realized it was all about calories. (Due to stress and other personal factors I gained a lot of weight back but never went back to my original size) For the past couple of years I've tried losing…

With bacon and cream cheese.

Read up on how accurately an HRM can measure anaerobic exercises. The formula is very different and pretty much unmeasurable. From experience it will grossly overestimate calories burned. It's probably all over these forums too.
-
This +1.
-
You won't be able to accurately measure your crossfit workouts and anyone else who tells you anything different is misinformed or lying to you. Your estimates will be rough at best and a heart rate monitor won't help.
-
Basically there is no good way to estimate it. I just usually know I have a few more calories in my mind on days I lift.
-
If I work out hard in the morning I'm tired all day. I think it's a personal preference.
-
Why not use the assisted pullup machine then. Sounds pretty simple to me.
-
Heart Rate Monitor can't measure strength training. Even if it's circuit training it's pretty accurate. They are made to estimate cardio.
-
That's quite impressive. Maybe you were meant to be an olympic power walker? I'm sure your run will get faster the more you do it.
-
I bet the heart rate monitor is more accurate than the pedometer.
-
I eat most of them but not all of them. I worry about over reporting my calorie burns for exercise.
-
I was stuck at the same weight for 10 weeks. I just tried not to get discouraged. It finally moved!!!!
-
Nope, that's why I'm on this site. If I was happy i'd probably be out somewhere eating a pizza.
-
I usually go to Youtube for how to cut things etc. It's a pretty good resource.
-
I kept having this problem. I lowered the intensity of my workouts. I originally felt like i wasn't working out but I did it more often. Eventually I as able to increase and I'm back to normal now.
-
Today I Learned people on MFP are really uptight about weight loss.
-
Patience. You're doing great you lost a pound.
