Yes, I get terrible cravings for about 5 days during TOM for junk food. I can't seem to stop eating during that time. I decided that if I'm gonna eat non stop I'm going to have to keep loads of fruit nearby. The thing is when I want doritos or chocolate, I'm going to find a way to get it. On Day 3 Level 2 and seeing some changes already. Level 2 is very challenging but I'm not stopping until Day 30 Level 3!

Every time I come back to the thread I am amazed at the results that so many have got from this programme! I'm now on Day 7 but I didn't take any before and after pics. I just started it when I found it on You tube. I may take some pics today though and at the end of 30 days. This is an awesome workout! I really like it.
