You ladies are such an inspiration. I gained a lot after college and got close to 195 at my heaviest. I'm 5'7" and my goal is 140-145. I chose that because I haven't always been this big and I thought I was hot when I was just above that weight and I wasn't even in shape then. So, why not aim for perfection.lol :)

Ooh! I really want to try this. It looks soo fun! They offer classes at my gym. Is it really complex? (I have zero rhythm so should I just buy the DVD to avoid making a fool of myself?)

ALSO... My diet journal is (or should) be open so when I act up feel free to berate me as needed. I really do need a drill sergeant and not a trainer. LOL. So feel free to add me, hopefully we can motivate each other. :)

I'm the same. New to running and started the couch to 10K program. I walk at 3 and I run between 4 and 4.5 (depending on how I'm feeling that day I might even get up to 5). Maybe when we're done we can try it over at higher speeds... doesn't hurt... :)

I've been trying to find some as well. Amazon.com has a ton, however, if you sweat a lot even the best ones give out. So for now, since I run, I'm stuck with the wired headphones. B UTif sweating is not an issue, try AMAZON.COM and search for wireless headphones. hope that helps
