I've lost 39lbs since January and I'm down 39lbs + lots of inches from last summer. I had trouble going up the pool ladder, I'd get to the top and have to carefully turn around while the ladder was shaking and wobbling, I couldn't just squeeze through the handles at the top. Well now I can, its something I wasn't able to…

Congratulations! You look amazing! I'm 5 months into my journey, started over 300lbs, ive lost 39lbs since Jan 10th, not giving up, I will get there eventually :)

I have a refillable water bottle, it holds 22 ounces. I'm trying to drink a full 8 oz in the morning when I get up. Then 8 oz before breakfast, 8oz before lunch, 8oz before dinner- so that's about 32oz right there, I also always have my bottle with me all day long. So I just need to make sure I fill my bottle at least 3…

Just read the above comment..Lol. Maybe they are just jealous and don't want to see you do better for yourself :/

I'm sure I'll get those comment once I start to lose a large amount. Everyone I know hasn't seen me at normal weight, I've been 100lbs overweight basically for the last 8 years, Had 5 babies in under 8 years, my oldest will be 8 in September and my youngest is just 4 months. So I need to lose122lbs to get to my very first…

Yes I'm trying to get back on track myself. I just had my 4th child the end of July, so the end of this month he will be 4 months old. I need to get this weight off, I have about 48lbs to get of to get to my pre pregnancy weight and then another 50lbs to lose. In total I need to lose 100lbs and hope to get there by next…

Everyone is different. I've heard that it helped some people that their weight melted right off & other it made them hang on to their weight till the stopped. It is the best thing for the baby, so as long as your eating healthy, I wouldn't worry. Good Luck :)

I'm doing it, I use my heart rate monitor, I have the polar ft4 & then I create my own exercise & I will enter the calories I burn everyday doing it, because it's always different. I used to log it on here at Circuit training general, but this site over estimates calories burned. So I would suggest getting a good heart…

I would say that for only 10 months, 30lbs is pretty big, depending on how tall the baby is. My son, is Huge & Not fat/chubby at all, he was 26lbs 12oz at 12 months & 35 inches tall. He's almost 14months & his weight is still 26lbs, he is super tall. My niece is 15months, has been walking for like 4 months & is very short…

I count if sometimes, I have 3 levels to my house, so it's a lot of running up & down 3 flights of stairs. & my heart rate does get up there, I also have my activity level set to Sedentary, so activities I do I count. & I'm also losing weight doing it...so I'm happy :)

There's a lot of jumping jacks in the 30 day shred, it's a good form of cardio, to get your heart rate up :)

I weigh myself a few times a week, even though I know I should stay away from the scale, but I only log my weight on here once a week, I will weigh in tomorrow morning. I picked Friday & I weigh after I empty my bladder :)
-
I'm 3 weeks into the 30 day shred & within my first week I went up 3lbs & the next week I was down 3 1/2lbs...It's weird how our bodies work, but I wouldn't give up. I guess our bodies, need to adjust to the change :)

I got my digital food scale from walmart, it's Mainstays brand, it measures up to 10lbs & it measures, in oz's, grams, kg's &lbs.. It was under $20 I believe :)

I have the Polar ft4, got mine online, it was around $70 :)

I just as my son turned 1 got back to my prepregnancy weight that I was before I had him, I gained over 50lbs & I still have 50 more lbs to get to, to be at my very 1st prepregnancy weight from 5 years ago. I'm hoping to be there & below by next summer. I wasn't really ever trying to lose weight till now, so since having…

Congrats on the loss!! I started out where you did, I was 297 when I delivered my son, he just turned 1 this June & I'm currently 247.4lbs as of this morning. Still have a ways to go. I'm on my 13th day of the 30 day shred & I'm not stopping this time :) Good Luck to you!!
-
I'm also 100% determined to do it this time. I just started seriously working out 2 weeks ago & counting my calories. I'm 247lbs right now, my goal is to get to 190 my very 1st prepregnancy weight. I'm hoping by the new year & from there I still would like to lose 30-40 more pounds. Then once I get to my goal, my husband &…

Definitely get a heart rate monitor. Before I had one, I was going by the machines at the gym & MFP calories burned & both of those were WAY overestimating my calories burned. I have the polar ft4 with a chest strap. Definitely suggest one with a chest strap :)

I think it's a different calorie burn for everyone. 2 people doing the same exercise will burn different amount of calories depending on their weight, age...The only way to know for sure if it really burns that much is with a heart rate monitor. I've been doing the 30 day shred & those exercise are all in the video & it's…
