you look fabulous! can we say super model!

It's an awesome workout! It's only 20mins & Jillian breaks up the workout so just when you think you can't take anymore, you move on to something else. Good luck, have fun, do as much as you can.

20lbs is a lot to lose in 1 month. I'd aim for 10. I think 10 is def do able. You might surprise yourself & lose even more than 10 but please don't do any of these fad diets. Dedicate X amount of time to the gym & make healthier dietary choices & I bet you'll see results.

Way to go! I think the way my clothes fit is even better than the # on the scale.

Enter everything seperately. You only have to do it one time & then it's saved as your recipe. It really is the most accurate way. You'll never really know what ingredients others are using.

You guy's are all awesome! Thank you so much for your words of encouragement. I guess in part, I want people to realize that just because someone isn't over weight or obese doesn't mean that they shouldn't work out & eat healthy. I happen to have a family history of heart disease. My cholesterol is/was high (mostly…

I will say, one of our receptionist's has joined me & goes to the gym 2x a wk @ 5am with me. I guess it just becomes hurtful after a while. But, I'm keeping my head up. Hopefully I can inspire some of my other coworkers.

Celebrate good times... c'mon :-) way to go!

It is an amazing workout! You will need a set of 3-5lbs weights & a floor mat. I  it because on days that I can't make it to the gym, I know that I can dedicate 20 mins of my time & still burn a good amount of calories. I def recommend it. Good luck

turkey pot pie!

Haha this is the best post ever! My dog's do exactly the same thing. You can't even be mad at them for messing up a good workout! They're so damn cute!

You're in the right place to make the necessary changes. Everyone has a starting point. How can you celebrate your success without truly knowing how successful you've been. Besides, a good cry sometimes is the best medicine. It's better to get all those emotions out than to hold it all in.

I have the 30 day shred, I'm 125lbs & the workout usually takes about 25 mins (including warm up & cool down) I burn about 465 cals & I do use a HRM.
-
I just did level 1, it was 28mins & I burned 464 cals :-)
-
I just started it! Today was my 1st day. It was an amazing workout :-)
-
I checked out your diary, you are way under your cals & nowhere near the recommended minimum 1200 cal per day! You will definitely put your body into starvation mode of you continue to stay way under. I agree, you probably should eat more at breakfast time. And it's really poor advice to not use them, so please do not…

I just bought it. I haven't even used it yet but I'd like to know also.

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia about 9 yrs ago & I will say that now that I'm active & work out regularly, I can tolerate so much more! I lost 16 lbs since December 6th but am currently on my maintenance plan since my goal really was to only lose 10 lbs. Eating healthier also seems to help with my fatigue. Yoga has been…

BTW I too have IC. Do you take Elmiron? It really makes a world of a difference for me.

I'm a nurse & I know that high protein diets can definitely have an adverse effect on the kidneys. You really should speak to your physician about this. High protein diets aren't exactly the healthiest way of getting healthy & shouldn't be done for an extended period of time. Check out the following article:…

Yay! It's a beautiful ticker!
-
I couldn't agree more! Congrats on your effort towards recovery :-)

If your calories allow for it, then have it! This shouldn't be a "diet", this should be a lifestyle change & you can't live your entire life without ever eating a donut again! It's all about portion control :-)
-
Wow, that's amazingly disgusting. I can't believe how much bigger portions are! Well I can believe it. People would complain if they paid for something & got such a small portion. It really is ashamed. I mean we all enjoy good foods & treats but I can't get over how people eat just to "eat". Food is fuel.
