I find that if I don't take at least 1200 calories, I am too weak to work out. So my new goal is to eat 1500 calories per day and burn at least 300. I feel a lot stronger!

Wow! that's awesome!! IT IS REALLY HARD TO STAY BELOW 1200. But I'm loving it because to stay under I have to stay active. I just started swimming. I am going to try to swim everyday for 30 minutes and do the treadmill at night for 30 minutes. I will start lifting weights soon. That should help. If you can PLEASE share…

Check this out! I took my dad out to breakfast this morning. I took him to a place similar to IHOP. He ordered an ommelette. So I order Chorizo and eggs. That's about 1200 Galories. right on. you could eat twinkies and loose weight. as long as you keep the calories under control you can loose weight. i am counting my calories, eating healthier (no fast food) and exercising and i'm loosing weight and toning up.

Every morning and before I go to be at night. I find that I am heavier at night than the mornings. Is there a reason for this?
