  • I plan on starting that program Monday. I have done it in the past, only to get to week 3 then I gave up. This time I am determined to finish it! Need to get back into shape and be able to run. I plan on joining the military so I hope this will help me get ready for it.
  • What branch are you planning on joining? I plan on doing the C25K workout app to help me get into running shape. I can walk alot of miles but cant run a half mile, need to get my stamina up and get my big body moving.
  • thanks for all your input everyone, that is why asked before I considered doing it, I wont do this crazy diet. With me being bigger it sounds amazing to do. But after your input and further research I came to the conclusion that this diet is not worth doing.

  • I plan on going on a high protein low carb diet. Scrambled eggs for breakfast, tuna and crackers for lunch, and baked chicken breasts with veggies for dinner
  • thanks for the support yalls, please add me, it will help me out, idk which branch yet, just found out that my fiance and i are expecting our first child together, maybe Guard or Reserve. Since im goin to be a father, thats another reason why i want to lose weight, to be health and active for my kid.
  • I run on the treadmill everyday. Since Im 278 and have a hard time running, this is my treadmill workout: 4 min walk warmup and run 2 min walk 2 min till i get to 26 min on the tread then i do a 4 min cool down. Startin next week im going to do that twice a day and add a min every three days
  • Update: Sup yalls I have lost 10 lbs down to 282 gotta lose another 20-30, and i lost 2 inches off my waist im at 47 right now, gotta get it down to 41-42 inches. Any updates from anyone else?

  • My name is Jesse, I am trying to lose weight to either join the Army or Navy. Either way I am going by tape. I have to lose 30-40 lbs and about 4-6 inches off my waist. I am going to start the C25K app on my phone starting Monday. As for diet, Im goin to do a low calorie, low carb, high protien diet to see if that works.
