I know what you mean about eating too much of a good thing. Mine is eggs. Some days I will eat 8 eggs. I need to see it in writing to keep myself from eating too many.

When I have difficulty is when I eat something at a restaurant and I know that it is paleo well probable 90% paleo. But I do not have the breakdown. How do you handle something like that?

Welcome.....and I just wrote about how I am not going to log food any more, but I am staying on MFP for the support of other primal / paleo followers.

I have tried it, but it is not as easy to use as MFP is. So I decided to only use MFP whenever I log.

Hello, I have just joined a few days ago. I am starting my health journey again. Yes I have said it maybe 1,000 times before. But I believe that I have learned all of the wrong ways to become healthy, and using MFP is a good start. Hope I can help others on their journey.

Paleo/Primal sounds like Atkins, but there are differences. Have you read any of the pale or primal books. If not I suggest" Primal Blueprint" by Mark Sisson. You said that you had desserts.
