  • Yes, I have not had a hysterectomy, bless you, however, I have had my gall bladder removed surgically, have a nice 7" scar, its been almost two years. Taken forever to do a crunge without cringing. Its one of the reasons, I quit running, playing tennis etc., fear of falling and having a "accident." Hope you feel better.....

  • I am considering some Vibrams. I overpronate a little, have flat feet and a moderate bunion on the right foot. I do sometimes feel my Sauconys, Brooks etc weight me down. I'm a forefoot striker. I was talking to a lady at the gym who runs marathons, she switched to vibrams two years ago and swears they are the best thing…
  • Its a shame. Here in NC, we have HORRIBLE gas tax. Our politcians are bent on giving to the lazy. Seriously, 6200 kids are on a waitlist in Wake County alone to receive a 550.00 voucher to help with DAYCARE costs. No one gave me a dime when I had my kids. Don't get me started. There is always an excuse here in NC to raise…

I've been following some of the tips from Karas, such as, adding more strength training to my workout and cutting down my runs from 60 mins to 30 mins, may save my knees in the future!
