  • I eat lots of nutrient dense foods, fruits, veggies, nuts, whole grains, etc. I am not too worried about it, I don't think I've given my diet and exercise enough time to show results. I will see in a few weeks time.:)
  • The only thing I can tell you, and I'm not an expert, I also have 100 pounds to lose. Just keep maintaining your workouts, and healthy eating.
  • I read an article on Yahoo! that 1 in 8 people are considered obese, and within the next 10-15 years that number with go to 1 in 5, that is sad, and I feel like a lot of us are trying our best to not be a statistic. Let's keep it up people!
